Dieses Universalgew\u00e4chs, das sich als Salat, Suppe, ja sogar als S\u00fc\u00dfspeise zubereiten l\u00e4\u00dft und das man zu \u00d6l verarbeiten kann, hat seinen Dornr\u00f6schenschlaf hinter sich und wir von vielen guten K\u00f6chinnen und K\u00f6chen wieder verarbeitet.<br><br><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten f\u00fcr vier Personen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> 1,5 Kilo K\u00fcrbis, Salz, 2 Eier , 250 g Mehl <br>Butter und geriebenen Parmesan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den K\u00fcrbis sch\u00e4len, entkernen und in grobe W\u00fcrfel schneiden. In reichlich Salzwasser weichkochen(oder im Ofen garen), abgie\u00dfen, sorgf\u00e4ltig abtropfen lassen und zerstampfen. Das K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben, mit den Eiern verarbeiten und mit 200 g Mehl binden. Den Teig rollen und einzelne Gnocchi abstechen und in Salzwasser garen bis sie an die Oberfl\u00e4che kommen.
